| 摘 要： | 目的了解某水面舰艇官兵应对方式与生活质量的关系。方法采用随机整群抽样法,选取某部水面舰艇官兵568名,应用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL-BREF）和简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）进行问卷调查。结果调查对象常采用的应对方式为坚持立场（83.5%）,改变想法（76.0%）,看好的一面（75.7%）,把问题看轻（73.5%）,积极参加文体活动（72.6%）,全部为积极应对方式。水面舰艇官兵的积极应对方式得分与生理领域和社会领域得分呈显著正相关（P〈0.01）;而消极应对方式得分与生理领域、心理领域和环境领域得分呈显著负相关（P〈0.01）。结论应对方式与水面舰艇官兵生活质量各领域之间存在显著相关,采用积极的应对方式,减少消极的应对行为有利于提高生活质量。 |
