MSCT及其后处理技术在输尿管病变诊断中的应用价值

目的：评价MSCT及其后处理技术在输尿管病变诊断中的价值。方法：对医院220例输尿管病变行MSCT检查．并对扫描数据进行多平面重建、最大密度投影及三维重建等后处理，从而得到完整的尿路成像。结果：MSCT配合后处理技术能从多方位清晰全程显示所有尿路病变范围及与周围组织的结构关系。结论：MSCT轴位扫描及图像后处理技术相结合．可以为输尿管病变的发现、定位、定性诊断提供客观依据，具有很高的临床应用价值。

Value of MSCT and Post-processing Technique in Diagnosis of Ureter Diseases

Objective To evaluate the value of MSCT and the post-processing technique in the diagnosis oi ureter diseases. Methods 220 cases with ureter disease in Xijing hospital accepted MSCT scan, and image data of the cases were analysed with the post-processing technique, and the whole urogram was acquired, Results MSCT scan and the post-processing technique had advantage in showing the whole extent of ureter diseases and the space relationship between the lesions and the surrounding tissues. Conclusion MSCT scan and the post-processing technique have important clinical value in the detection, location, determination of ureter disease.
