| 摘 要： | 目的通过对芩玄胶囊提取工艺的研究,寻求芩玄胶囊的最佳提取条件。方法以黄芩苷为指标,高效液相色谱(HPLC)法为含量测定方法,采用正交设计法,优化芩玄胶囊的提取工艺。结果加水量、提取次数具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论芩玄胶囊采提取工艺为:用水提法,即用药材重量的8倍水量,提取3次,每次提取时间为1h。

| Abstract: | Objective To seek optimum extraction conditions of Qinxuan Capsules by studying on extraction process.Methods The optimum extraction regards baicalin as the index.It was investigated by the orthogonal design and determined by HPLC.Results The influence of water consumption,draw number of times had remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimum extraction process of Qinxuan Capsules obtained is that sliced medicinal herbs are extracted,with water for 3 times,with the solvent volume 8 times amount and extraction time 1 hours each time. |
