| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨在避免上颌骨损伤的基础上修复腭裂的有效方法和途径。方法 通过鼻腔侧黏膜瓣“z”成型 ,口腔侧腭黏膜肌瓣后推 ,颊肌黏膜瓣转移修复软、硬腭交界处创面 ,以恢复软腭的解剖长度。结果 治疗 6例患者 ,均获满意效果。结论 此法在修复腭裂时 ,既能避免上颌骨的损伤 ,又能有效地后推软腭

Application of the Buccal Musculonucoasl Flaps in the Treatment of Cleft Palate |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss an effective method to repare cleft palate without injury of maxilla.Method The operation procedure include making z-plasty on the nasalmucosa pushing back the mucosal flap of the soft palate and repairing the palataldefects with the buccinator muscularis mucosal flap to restore the anatomic length of the soft palate.Results All of the 6 patients gain the satisfied result.Conclusion This method can both abstain the damage of maxilla,also push back the mucosal flap of the soft palate effectively. |
