| 摘 要： | 目的观察颈路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下手法松解结合牵引治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法66例肩关节周围炎患者随机分为2组。对照组33例在颈路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下行手法松解术,术后患侧功能煅炼。治疗组33例在对照组治疗基础上结合牵引治疗。结果治疗组治愈31例,好转2例,未愈0例,治愈率93.9%。对照组治愈24例,好转9例,未愈0例,治愈率72.7%,2组治愈率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论手法松解结合牵引治疗肩关节周围炎疗程短,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of manipulation solution combined with traction on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 66 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups.33 patients in the control group were undergone of manipulation solution under brachial plexus nerve cervical block anaesthesia,and took function exercise after operation.33 patients in the treatment group accepted the same treatment as patients in the control group,in addition to traction.Ten days is a treatment course and the clinical effect was observed in three courses.Results The total effective rate was 93.9% and 72.7% respectively in the treatment group and the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Manipulation solution combined with traction has a definite effect on periarthritis of shoulder. |
