| 摘 要： | 共收治411例高黄疸肝炎,其中124例(30.17％)有头汗出。根据仲景论述之病因病机,用凉血活血、益气养阴法治疗,102例慢性高黄疸肝炎,89例黄疸消退,13例有残黄。22例慢性重症肝炎,中早期9例均存活;中期8例中7例存活;晚期5例中1例存活。

| Abstract: | Of the 411 hepatitis with severe jaundice admitted, 124 ( 30. 17%) had head perspiration. Based on Zhang Zhongjing's etiologic - pathogenic conception, 102 cases of such patients were treated by the principle of cooling and activating blood, benefitting Qi and Yin. 89 cases had jaundice eliminated, 13 cases had residual jaundice. All 22 cases of chronic severe hepatitis survived. Of them, 9 early stage cases were all survived, 7 of the 8 cases of intermediate stage survived, only 1 out of 5 cases of late stage survived. |
