| 摘 要： | 目的比较标准心肺复苏、主动按压减压心肺复苏两种复苏模式循环效应的影响。方法对158例心搏骤停患者先后实施两种复苏法，先行标准心肺复苏，后行主动按压减压心肺复苏。每种复苏方法进行3min，记录直接动脉压。结果主动按压减压心肺复苏模式的收缩压，舒张压均大于标准心肺复苏模式（P〈0．01）。结论主动按压减压心肺复苏可产生较高的动脉血压，优于标准心肺复苏。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the hemodynamic response of standard cardiopulmonary resuscitation(STD-CPR) with active compression-decompression cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ACD-CPR).Methods One hundred and fifty eight patients with sudden cardiac arrest received STD-CPR and ACD-CPR.Each CPR lasted for 3 min,and the readings of arterial pressure were recorded.Results The systolic and diastolic pressures were higher than those in ACD-CPR.Conclusion ACD-CPR can provide higher arterial pressure.ACD-CPR can provide higher arterial pressure.ACD-CPR is superior over STD-CPR. |
