康复干预对社区高危风险精神病患者冲动的影响

目的 探讨社区综合康复干预措施对社区高危风险精神病患者冲动的影响.方法 家庭干预,将529例高危风险精神病患者家属分次分批共8次集中,由专业技术人员进行家庭干预内容培训,然后由经过培训的个案管理员每2个月家庭随访1次;患者干预,由专业技术人员给予针对性心理疏导,每3个月家庭随访治疗1次.结果 暴力、肇事、肇祸、自杀、自伤冲动行为不同时点发生率逐年递减,前三者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,后两者差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 定期开展社区高危风险精神疾病患者随访,给予社区患者及家庭等综合措施干预,一旦发现患者易激惹性提高,尽快采取危机处理应急预案,能减少暴力冲动行为,达到促进社会和谐发展的目的 .

Analysis of the effect of intervention on the violent impulses of high risk community mentally ill patients

Objective To explore the effect of community comprehensive recovery intervention on the violent impulses of high risk community mentally ill patients.Methods 529 cases of violent impulses were focused on the families of mental patients in groups according to years of professional and technical personnel from the content end of the training of family intervention, by trained case manager followed up every 2 months, visit the family once per two months. Patients with cognitive and behavioral intervention in treatment interventions, targeted by the professional and technical personnel to give specific guidance, every 3 months Community follow-up time.Results The rate of violence, accident, the accident, suicide, self-injury incidence of impulsive behavior happened at different places was decreased year by year, the average value of the first three items: P value < 0.01, the difference was significant, P value of the later two items > 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions On a regular basis at high risk of mental illness in community patients were followed up, give the communities, comprehensive measures in patients and family intervention, once it is found that the patient irritability increases, implement the emergency treatment plan ASAP, which can decrease the violence impulse activity, and improve the society harmonious development.
