中国脑膜炎奈瑟菌penA基因及PBP2蛋白多态性研究

摘    要:目的掌握中国脑膜炎奈瑟菌对青霉素类抗生素敏感性的变化情况,探讨脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株对青霉素敏感性降低的机制、敏感性变化与penA基因及PBP2蛋白多态性之间的关系。方法采用MIC肉汤稀释法和E-test药敏纸条法检测脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株对青霉素的敏感性,并对penA基因进行扩增、测序,分析penA以及PBP2蛋白与菌株的青霉素敏感性变化的关系。结果通过肉汤稀释法和E-test法检测出4株对青霉素中介敏感菌株,未发现对青霉素耐药菌株;菌株的药物敏感性变化情况与penA及PBP2蛋白的多态性无明显关系,所检测菌株的PBP2高度保守。结论应该继续对流脑菌的青霉素敏感性变化情况开展基因水平监测,及时发现高耐药性菌株,防止耐药菌株克隆在人群间扩散。
