中药离子导入治疗腰椎骨质增生29例临床观察

目的 观察中药离子导入治疗腰椎骨质增生的临床疗效。方法 365例腰椎骨质增生患者随机分为2组。治疗组225例采用骨质增生电疗机加复方中药制剂离子导入法治疗，对照组140例用电脑中频电疗仪治疗，2组均治疗1个月比较疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率91.11%，对照组有85.00%，2组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论 中药制剂加骨质增生电疗机离子导入法治疗腰椎骨质增生疗效明显优于电脑中频电疗仪。

A report of ion- introduction of Chinese Medicine herbs on lumbar hyperosteogeny

Objective To evaluate the effect of ion - introduction of Chinese Medicine herbs on lumbar hyperosteogeny. Methods 365 patients of infectious mononucleosis in children were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group ( n = 225) combination of ion - introduction of Chinese Medicine herbs and therapeutic apparatus of lumbar hyperosteogeny was utilized and in control group ( n = 140) Computer medium frequency instrument was used. Effect was evaluated after treatment of one month. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (91.11 % ) compared with those in control group (85.0% , P < 0.01) . Conclusions Combination of ion - introduction of Chinese Medicine herbs and therapeutic apparatus of lumbar hyperosteogeny can produce a definite effect on lumbar hyperosteogeny.
