| 摘 要： | 目的 了解我县儿童头发中锌、钙微量元素含量 ,为改善儿童营养提供科学依据。方法 随机抽取了 136 0名我县散居儿童进行了头发中锌、钙、铜、铁四种微量元素含量的测定。结果 缺锌率为 89.5 5 % ,缺钙率为 5 3.97% ,缺铜率为 5 % ,缺铁率为 12 .35 % ,结论 我县儿童缺锌率、缺钙率较高 ,缺锌缺钙现象较严重
