三磷酸腺苷联合阿托品治疗阵发性室上性心动过速效果观察

目的　探讨三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)及其联合阿托品静脉注射治疗阵发性室上性心动过速 (PSVT)的疗效及其安全性。方法　选择经心电图检查确诊为PSVT患者共 49例 ,随机分为A组 (2 2例 )和B组 (2 7例 ) ,A组静脉注射ATP0 .2mg/kg ,B组静脉注射ATP0 .3mg/kg及阿托品 0 .5mg。间隔 1 0min后A组无效患者改用B组方案治疗 ,B组无效患者改用A组方案治疗。结果　A组有效率为 62 .8% ,B组为 92 .6 % ,两组相比差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 5。A组无效 7例患者改用B组方案治疗后 5例有效 ,B组无效 2例患者改用A组方案治疗后无 1例有效。A组全身性副作用发生率为 77.2 7% ;B组为 37.0 3 %。A组心律失常发生率为 72 .73 % ,B组为 44 .44 %。两组比较差异有显著性 ,P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5。结论　应用ATP0 .3mg/kg加小剂量阿托品静脉注射治疗PSVT安全有效

The efficacy of the combination of ATP with atropine in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of the combination of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and atropine in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). Methods The selected 49 patients with PSVT proven by electrocardiogram (ECG) were randomly allocated to Group A (n=22) and Group B (n=27). Group A was given intravenous injection ATP 0.2mg/kg, and Group B ATP 0.3mg/kg plus atropine 0.5mg. Ten minutes later, the non-effective patients in Group A were given the regimen of Group B; and the non-effective patients in group B were given the therapy of Group A. Results The curative rate in Group A was 62.8%, and Group B was 92.6%, there was statistical difference between these two groups, P<0.05. In Group A, 5 of 7 non-effective patients had been improved after receiving the treatment regimen of Group B; but non of the 2 non-effective patients in Group B had been improved after receiving the regimen of Group A. The incidence of total side effect in Group A was 77.27%, and Group B was 37.03%. The incidence of arrhythmia in Group A was 72.73%, and in Group B was 44.44%. The differences between them were statistically significant, P<0.01 or 0.05. Conclusions The intravenous injection of ATP0.3 mg/kg plus small dosage of atropine in the treatment of PSVT is safe and effective.
