MSCTU对泌尿系统先天性疾病的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT尿路造影及图像后处理技术对泌尿系先天性疾病的诊断价值。材料和方法:对28例经手术证实或临床证实的泌尿系先天性疾病患者行MSCT平扫、肾实质期扫描(延迟80s)及延迟扫描,将原始资料送至工作站进行最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖法重建(SSD)和容积重建(VR),获得完整的尿路造影。结果:28例中,输尿管瓣膜症7例,肾盂、输尿管重复畸形6例,输尿管囊肿3例,膀胱憩室2例,肾旋转不良2例,巨输尿管2例,额外肾2例,肾盂憩室1例,输尿管开口异位1例,肾柱肥大1例,迷走血管压迫输尿管1例。结论:多层螺旋CT尿路造影适用于泌尿系先天性疾病的患者,它具有超高速、大范围和薄层扫描的优点,可作为临床诊断的一种有效的辅助检查手段。

Abstract:Purpose:To assess the value of MSCTU and the techniques of imaging reconstruction in the diagnosis of congenital malformation in urinary system.Materials and Methods:28cases with congenital diseases diagnosis by clinic and operation were performed either CT plain scan,renal parenchymal phase enhanced scan and delay scan.The raw data were transferred to work station to obtain urinary passage imaging.Results:Among the28cases,there were7cases of ureteral valve,6cases of duplication of ureter and pelvis,3cases of ureterocele,2cases of diverticula of bladder,2cases of malrotation of kidney,2cases of megaureter,2case of supernumerary kidney,1case of pelvic diverticulum,1cases of ectopic ureter,1case of renal column hypertrophy and1case of pneumogastric vascular near by the ureter.Conclusion:MSCTU examination is suitable for the patients in congenital diseases of urinary system.It has the ad-vantage of fast scan speed,big coverage and thin scan slice.Therefore MSCTU can be used in the clinical work as an effective assistant diagnosis method.
