| 摘 要： | 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobcter pylori,H.pylori)感染、胃癌干细胞及骨髓间充质干细胞(marrow mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是胃癌发生的主要因素。胃癌细胞与MSCs在胃癌微环境中相互作用,通过调节相关因子、信号通路、基因及蛋白的表达发挥促瘤作用。近年来研究发现外泌体是胃癌微环境中细胞与细胞间交流的信使,MSCs外泌体及胃癌外泌体都具有促瘤作用,胃癌外泌体还可通过影响MSCs生物学功能发挥促瘤作用。随着外泌体研究的不断深入,其有可能发现胃癌发生的具体机制及胃癌药物治疗靶标。

| Abstract: | Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,gastric cancer stem cells and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are the main factors of why gastric cancer cause.The interaction of gastric cancer cells with MSCs in the gastric cancer microenvironment plays a tumor-promoting role by regulating the expression of relative factors,signaling pathways and the expressions of genes and proteins.In recent years,studies have found that exosomes were the messengers of cell-to-cell communication in the gastric cancer microenvironment.Both MSCs exosomes and gastric cancer exosomes have tumor-promoting effects.Gastric cancer exosomes can also play a tumor-promoting role by affecting the biological function of MSCs.With the deepening of exosome research,it is possible to discover the specific mechanism of gastric cancer and the targets of drug treatment for gastric cancer. |
