Abstract:Duplications of the rectum constitute one of the rare congenital anomalies. Presentation as a sequestrated interlabial mass without any associated anomaly has not been reported before. We cannot readily offer any embryological explanation for this congenital distortion. Total extirpation of the lesion was easily achieved ensuring complete cure.
