军队医院护士职业认同感及其相关因素研究

摘    要:目的]了解军队医院护士职业认同现状及其与工作压力源、工作倦怠之间的相互关系.方法]采用一般资料调查表、职业认同量表、工作压力源量表及工作倦怠量表对6所军队医院1 653名护士进行调查.结果]军队医院护士职业认同属中等水平,护士的职业认同与工作压力、职业倦怠呈负相关;逐步多元回归分析显示,工作压力源中管理及人际因子、工作倦怠中低个人成就感因子纳入回归方程,对军队医院护士职业认同影响较大.结论]军队护理管理者应采取多途径、多方法提升护士职业认同感,减轻工作压力、工作倦怠带给护士职业生涯的消极作用.

Study on nurses'professional identity and its related factors in military hospitals

Abstract:Objective:To know about the status quo of nurses' professional identity in military hospitals and the relationships among professional identity,job stressors and job burnout.Methods:1653 nurses in 6 military hospitals were investigated by using General data questionnaire,Nursing Professional Identity Scale,Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire and Job Burnout Inventory.Results:Nurse' s professional identity in military hospitals was in the moderate level.The professional identity was negatively correlated with job stressors and job burnout.Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed management and interpersonal factors in job stressors,low personal accomplishment factor in job burnout were incorporated into the regression equation,and the influence was greater on nurse's professional identity in military hospitals.Conclusion:The military nursing managers should take multiple methods to improve nurses'professional identity and reduce the negative effect of working pressure and job burnout for nurse's occupation career.
