摘    要:目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗高危前列腺增生症的临床效果及安全性。方法术前正确进行病情分析和手术风险性评估,采用个体化围术期处理,择时行TURP并优化操作。结果本组187例高危前列腺增生患者均安全地实施了TURP。术后3~12个月随访,排尿通畅;国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)平均下降18.4分,剩余尿量(RU)平均<28m l。结论只要加强个体化围术期处理,配合优化手术,TURP是一种治疗高危良性前列腺增生安全、有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) on patients with high-risk benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods The clinical condition and surgical risks were preoperatively evaluated and properly adjusted during perioperative period.Then improved techniques for TURP timely.One hundred and eighty-seven patients with high-risk and large-volume BPH were treated with TURP.Results All patients safely got through perioperative period and received follow-up about 3~12 months.The voiding function recovered very well,the average IPSS score decreased 18.4 points and the average residual urinary volume(RU) was less than 28ml.Conclusion Only if the patients could be properly managed and the surgical techniques could be improved during perioperative period,the TURP should be a safe and effective therapy for BPH patients with high-risk and large-volume.
