心理求询者心理状态调查及护理服务对策

目的了解心理求询者心理状态,提高心理咨询门诊护理服务质量.方法采用症状自评量表SCL-90及自制问卷对上海市心理咨询中心门诊1999年7～9月的初诊求询者103例进行心理状态及相关因素的调查.结果求询者SCL-90的所有因子分都高于国内常模组,且未婚者的人际、敌意、偏执因子分高于已婚者.不同性别、不同文化程度的求询者所咨询的心理问题、对服务的要求及心理问题的自我认识有着一定的差异.结论对心理问题的自我认识不足、缺乏重视,对心理咨询了解较少是心理求询者的主要心理状态特征.心理咨询门诊的护理质量还有待于进一步提高.

Psychological status of patients seeking counseling and nursing interv ention

Objective: To investigate the psychological status and its correlative factors of patients seeking counseling.Methods: The SCL 90 and self rating questionnaires were used to evaluate the psychological status and correlative factors of 103 clients at the Shanghai Psychotherapy Counseling Center from July 1999 to September 1999. Results: Score of all the factors on the SCL 90 in clients were higher than the national norm.The scores for personal relations,hostility and neuroticism of the unmarried patients were higher than those of the married. There were significant differences between the sexes and among different educational levels with regard to psychological problems, requirement of service and recognition of psychological problems. Conclusion: The clients did not recognize their psychological problems enough, and had little understanding of psychological counseling. Psychlogical nursing service should be improved in our work.
