| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中康复运动功能评定量表(STREAM)对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行运动功能评定有效性和可行性.方法应用STREAM对41例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行评定,并与FIM中的运动类评分及Barthel指数评定法进行相关分析比较.结果入院时STREAM评分与FIM运动分、FIM总分、BI得分显著相关(r=0.830、0.759、0.809,P＜0.001),出院时STREAM评分与FIM运动分、FIM总分、BI得分显著相关(r=0.830、0.807、0.806,P＜0.001).结论STREAM是有效的,并且方法简单、易操作,能敏感地反映偏瘫患者患肢运动功能的变化,很适合作为物理治疗部门常规的临床评定,值得在国内推广应用.

A study on validity of the stroke rehabilitation assessment of movement |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the validity of the Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement(STREAM) in hemiplegia patients. Method: 41 hemiplegic patients were measured by STREAM, Function Independent Measurement(FIM), Barthel index(BI). The interrelationships among STREAM, FIM, BI were analyzed. Result : STREAM correlated with FIM motor subscale, FIM, BI (admission: r=0.830,0.759,0.809,P <0.001; discharge: r=0.830,0.807,0.806, P <0.001).Conclusion:STREAM is quick and simple to administer with good validity, it can be applied to motor functional evaluation among hemiplegia patients, and it fits very well into the routine clinical assessment scheme. |
