| 摘 要： | 目的研究三消丹的制备工艺及其质量控制标准.方法采用超微粉碎法制备成胶囊,用双波长薄层扫描法测定制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量.结果胶囊剂每粒0.3g,相当于原生药材2.2g.黄芪甲苷含量>0.285mg/g;加样回收率为97.7%.结论三消丹组方合理,制备工艺可行,质量标准可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the preparation and det er mination of Sanxiaodan.Methods Sanxiaodan capsules were made thro ugh ultraporphyrization and the content of methyastragalin was determined by dua l wave TLCS.Results Each capsule weighed 0.3g,corresponding to 2. 2g of crude drug in which the content of methyastragalin was more than 0.285mg/g ,and the recovery rate was 97.7%.Conclusion The combination of Sa nxiaodan is reasonable,the preparation is feasible,and the standard of quality d etermination is reliable. |
