新生儿围手术期NICU治疗的探讨

目的探讨新生儿围手术期综合治疗。方法12例新生儿手术患儿，采用系统和规范的围手术期综合治疗。结果本组放弃治疗2例，无术后死亡。腹壁切121部分裂开1例，肺炎3例，水电解质紊乱酸中毒2例，呼吸暂停窒息1例。呼吸机支持时间2小时～3天。住NICU时间1～12天。术后1～24个月随访患儿生长发育良好，食欲大小便正常，无腹胀。无腹痛，体质量增加。结论新生儿围手术期综合管理和治疗，有利于降低术后并发症，提高存活率，使患儿迅速康复。

Discussion of neonatal perioperative treatment in NICU

Objective To discuss the treatment of neonatal perioperative period. Methods Systewatic and standardized compreh-easion treatment were carried out and evaluated in 12 neonatal patients during the perioperative period. Results Two cases patients give up the treatment ,no postoperative death . abdominal imission dehiscence in one, preumohia in three cases, water- clectrolyle imbanlance and acidosis in two cases, one case apnea and asphycia in one. Veutilator supported for two hours to three days. The time staying in Nicu was from one day to twelve days . After 1～24 mouths fallow- up, growth and development is good, appetive and urine were normal ,no bloating, no abdominal pain and weight gain in all cases. Conclusion Nicu can helps reduce postoperative complications, improve survial rates for neo-natal during porioperation.
