756例药物咨询回顾性分析

目的:分析、总结药物咨询服务的特点,提高临床药学服务质量.方法:对我院近三年来记录完整的756例临床药物咨询资料进行归纳和分析.结果:咨询者以患者居多(59.92%);咨询药物最多的是抗感染药物(35.85%);咨询内容排在第一位的是药物的用法及用量,占12.96%.结论:药物咨询能充分了解医护人员及患者主要关心的问题,促进药师自身业务水平的提高,保障患者用药合理、安全、经济、有效.

Retrospective Analysis of 756 Cases of Clinical Drug Consultation
