羟基磷灰石义眼座自体巩膜腔内Ⅰ期植入手术方法

目的： 介绍羟基磷灰石（ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙａｐａｔｉｔｅ，ＨＡ） 义眼座巩膜腔内植入，明显矫正眼内容摘除后眼窝凹陷及增加义眼活动性的方法。方法： 将ＨＡ义眼座直接植入自体巩膜腔内，眼外肌及视神经保留，术后半年打孔置钉，更换新义眼。结果：３０ 例患者，术后义眼座无暴露及脱出，安装义眼活动度良好。结论： 此方法避免了其它方法的多种弊端，且简便易行，美容效果甚佳

Surgery on the implantation of hydroxyapatite orbital implant in sclera cavity

Objective: To introduce the results of implantion of hydroxyapatite orbital implant into the sclera cavity as part of false eye.Methods: The hydroxyapatite orbital implant,the posterior part of the false eye,is implanted into the sclera cavity,while the eye muscles and optic nerve were preserved. A thin false eye is then temporarily put in the conjunctival cavity.Six month later the temporal front part of the false eye was replaced by the permanent ones which is hooked on the hydroxyapatite orbital implant by a nail.Results: Thirty patients received this operation.They are all with good eye movement.The hydroxyapatite orbital implant was remained at right position and could not be not seen from outside.Conclusion: this procedure is safe,easy doing and with good cosmetic result.
