| 摘 要： | 目的 总结先天性膈疝的诊治经验。方法 对中山医科大学附属第一医院和孙逸仙纪念医院１９７１～１９９７ 年收治的３２ 例先天性膈疝患儿临床表现、诊断、手术治疗和围手术期处理等方面的诊治经验进行总结。结果 本组病例治愈率９４％ ，死亡的２ 例患儿均合并其他先天畸形。结论 临床应着重提高产前诊断率和对高危患儿的诊治水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences of diagnosis and treatment of congenital diaphragmatic hernia(CDH). Methods A retrospective analysis was done on 32 CDH patients treated in our hospital and Sun Yat sen Memorial Hospital from 1971 to 1997, paying full attention to diagnosis, clinical presentation, analysis of wrong diagnosis, operation and perioperative care, etc. Results The cure rate of this group was 94%, two patients who died after operation had other malformations. Conclusion To improve the prenatal diagnosis of CDH and raise the level of treatment of high risk infants are very important. |
