人的基本需要理论在护理管理中的应用

目的探讨人的基本需要理论在护理管理中的应用效果。方法在医院各临床科室实施整体护理的基础上，根据马斯罗的人的基本需要理论，护士长努力满足护理人员各方面的需求，护理人员努力满足患者各方面的需求，通过护理部、科护士长考核，将实施前后的结果进行分析、反馈。结果实施前后护理质量、护理差错，患者满意度、护士满意度经x^2检验，均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论人的基本需要理论应用于临床护理工作，优化了护理管理效果，激发了护理人员的潜能，改善了护理服务质量，有利于整体护理工作深入持久的开展，值得临床应用。

Application of the Human Basic Needs in Nursing Supervision

Objective To investigate the theory of：the human basic needs in nursing supervision in the application results. Methods On the basis of overall care which is implemented by various clinical departments in the hospital,charge nurse endeavors to meet the needs of the paramedics and the paramedics work hard to satisfy the ：needs of the patients according to Maslow＇ s theory of the human basic needs. Throagh examined by nursing department and charge nurse, to analyse and feed back the different results before and after bring into effect. Results Quality of care, nursing errors, satisfaction of patients and nurses has significant differences after x^2-testing where the P 〈 0.05. Conclusion It is useful to optimize the care management effectiveness and to stimulate the potential of the nursing staffs and improve the quality of nursing service through the application of the basic human needs theory in the clinical care.
