固定矫治所引起的牙龈炎的病因探讨及防治

目的研究牙颌畸形采用固定矫治器矫治患者所引起的牙龈炎的病因及好发部位,探讨防止和治疗该类牙龈炎的有效而又简便的方法。方法选择进行固定矫治器矫治并伴有牙龈炎的患者124例,对其进行临床观察并记录。结果口腔卫生状况差是引起患者发生牙龈炎的主要原因;其次是口内固定矫治器附件对牙龈造成的不良刺激。好发部位是下前牙区。结论对进行固定矫治器矫治的患者,应加强椅旁的口腔卫生宣教工作,指导并教会患者正确的刷牙方法,有效地控制菌斑,规范临床操作,尽量减少固定矫治器附件对牙龈的不良刺激,使用漱口水或雅皓乳膏等可有效而又简便的控制牙龈炎,定期的牙周洁治也是控制牙龈炎有效方法。

The etiological analysis and prevention of gingivitis related to fixation orthodontics

Objective To explore the etiological factors and predilection sites of gingivitis during malocclusion treatment using fixed appliances,and search for effective and convenient methods to control the gingivitis.Methods 124 patients using fixed appliances accompanied with gingivitis were as study objects.Their clinical situations were recorded and analyzed.Results The key reason of gingivitis was the bad state of mouth hygiene.Adverse irritation to the gingiva caused by fixed appliances was considered as the secondary factor.Gingiva in inferior anterior teeth region was the main predilection site.Conclusions Dentists should strengthen oral heath education to their patients,demonstrate right toothbrushing process,make effective control of bacteria plaque,standard clinic operations and minimize adverse irritation to the gingival.Dentilave and YaHao toothpaste can control gingivitis effectively.Periodontal scaling is also a good method to prevent gingivitis.
