BAEP对前庭系统性眩晕的诊断价值

目的：探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对前庭系统性眩晕的诊断价值。方法：应用BAEP技术对50例前庭系统性眩晕患进行研究。结果：BAEP检测总异常率达86％。其中椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)异常率62％(18／29)，表现内耳型10例(34％)，脑干型19例(66％)。突发性耳聋(SHL)异常率100％(13／13)，表现为内耳型11例(85％)，混合型2例(15％)。前庭神经元炎5例，BAEP检测均正常。美尼尔氏病异常率33％(1／3)，表现为内耳型异常。结论：BAEP可全面反映听神经和脑干功能状况，有助于病变定位及评价治疗效果；对本病的诊断、治疗及预后评价有重要意义。

DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF BRAINSTEM AUDITORY EVOKED POTENTIAL IN PATINETS WITH VESTIBULAR SYSTEMIC VERTIGO

Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of BAEP in the diagnosis of patients with vestibular systemic vertigo. Methods: The brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) of fifty patients with vestibular systemic vertigo were evaluated. Results: The abnormal rate of BAEP was 86%. The abnormal rate of vertebrobasilar ischemia (VBI) was 62% (18/29) , in which, 34% and 66% are respectively internal - ear (10/29) and brainstem (19/29) type. The abnormali rate of sudden deafness was 100% (13/13) , in which, 85% and 15% were res pectively internal - ear (11/13) and mixed (2/13) type. In five patients with vestibular neuronitis, BAEP was normal. The abnormal rate of meniere's sysndrome was 33% (1/3) , the main changes of BAEP was internal - ear type. Conclusion: The states of function on auditory nerve and brainstem may be showed by BAEP, BAEP have important significance in diagnosis , treatment and prognosis of patient with vestibular systemic vertigo.
