麝香注射液穴位注射治疗视网膜色素变性的振荡电位研究

目的 :运用视网膜电图的振荡电位 (OPs)对麝香注射液肝俞肾俞穴位注射治疗视网膜色素变性 (RP)进行研究。方法 :应用 TEC- 15 0 V+电生理检测仪 ,对 RP16例患者 32只眼进行治疗前后 OPs的检测 ,并对其各子波振幅、潜伏时及 OPs总振幅进行统计分析。结果 :患者 OP1 、OP2 、OP3 及Σ OPs治疗后振幅明显提高 ,OP1 、OP2 治疗后峰时较前缩短 ,经 t检验 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 OP4振辐及 OP3 、OP4峰时虽较治疗前改善 ,但经 t检验 ,无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :麝香注射液肝俞肾俞穴位注射治疗 RP可有效地改善 RP患者视网膜内层的循环状态 ,促进其神经突触活动 ,增强视细胞活性 ,对延缓病情发展具有重要的临床意义。

Study on treatment of retinitis pigmentosa with musk injection in acupuncture points by retinal oscillatory potentials of electroretinogram

Objective:Study on treatment of retinitis pigmentosa(RP)with musk injection in acupuncture points by oscillatory potentials(OPs)of electroretinogram(ERG) Methods:16 patients(32 eyes)with RP were examined by TEC 150V + instrument before and after treatment and the data were statistically analyzed Results:The patients′ OP 1?OP 2?OP 3 and ΣOPs were enhanced and the latency of OP 1?OP 2 were shorted by treatment,before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0 05) The amplitudes of OP 4 and latency of OP 3?OP 4 had been improved,but the before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0 05) Conclusions:Treatment by musk injection in ganshu and shenshu could improve the circulation of the entoretina It enhance the activity of optic neuripe and nerve cells and prevent their RP from worsening
