2003—2005年宜昌市城区儿童乙肝疫苗免疫水平监测分析

目的对2003—2005年宜昌市城区3189名1—7岁儿童进行了乙肝监测，为防制乙肝制定科学的免疫策略提供依据。方法采微量末稍血，用胶体金标纸片法检测。结果HBsAg阳性率为0．19％，乙肝疫苗全程接种率为93．45％，抗-HBs阳转率为70．81％，3年间抗-HBs阳转率没有显著性差异，不同年龄组抗-HBs阳转率有非常显著性差异。结论健全流动儿童管理制度，提高乙肝疫苗免疫成功率，达到有效保护低年龄组儿童，降低乙肝发病率至关重要。

Immune level surveillance of children with hepatitis B in Yichang city (2003-2005)

Objective The monitor of 3 189 children of Hepatitis B aged 1-7 Years was to provide information for the immunization strategy in the prevention and control of HB.Methods Collecting blood of the tips,and colloidal gold stripes method was applied.Results Positive rate was 0.19%,the full course immunization rate was 93.45%,and the anti-HBs seroconversion rate was 70.81% there was no significant difference in the anti-HBs seroconversion rate during these three years,while there was significant difference between the different age groups.Conclusion To better the management for the floating population of children and to propmote the successful rate of the hepatitis immunization may well protect the children from hepatitis infection.
