癌痛治疗需转变观念

中国每年约有200万新发癌症病人。统计资料显示,有60%-80%的病人在诊断时或疾病发展过程中会出现中到重度疼痛。癌痛是全球范围的难题,世界卫生组织（WHO）要求每个国家都要给予高度重视并建立癌痛治疗学会,通过规范的筛查、评估、治疗和随访,规范地治疗癌痛。本文就疼痛的概念、信仰和治疗所经历的漫长历程做一概述。

Change in concepts of cancer pain management

There are about 2 million new cancer patients every year in China. The statistical data indicated that moderate to severe pain appeared in 60%-80% patients when they were diagnosed or in the course of disease. Cancer pain is a problem throughout the world. The World Health Organization（WHO） has urged that every nation should attach great importance to cancer pain, establish a cancer pain treatment society and standardize the treatment of cancer pain through standardized screening, assessment, treatment, and follow-up. This article gives a brief review on concepts, beliefs and management of pain which have undergone evolutionary changes throughout the history of mankind.
