| 摘 要： | 卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）是指辅助生殖技术中诱导排卵或促超排卵药物引起的并发症，是一种新的医源性疾病，不仅影响妊娠成功率，甚至危及生命。本文就近年对OHSS的中西医发病机制、危险因素及预测指标、诊断、治疗方法、预防措施等进展作进一步综述。

| Abstract: | Overian Hyperstimulation Syndrome is a kind of iatrogenia diseases comes from inducing ovulation in assisted reproductive technology or stimulating ovulation drugs complications which affects the pregnancy success rate, but also even life - threatening. Not on ly affect the pregnancy success rate, and even life - threatening. The paper reviews the pathogenesis of Chinese and Western medicine of OHSS, risk factors , predictor, diagnosis, treatment prevention measures and so on in recent years. |
