响应面法优化黄芪多糖提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:确定黄芪多糖提取的最佳工艺。方法;方法:采用了苯酚硫酸法对黄芪多糖(APS)的含量进行测定,以APS得率为指标,拟用响应面法对主要工艺参数进行优化并得到回归模型,以确定黄芪多糖提取工艺。结果:响应面法优化提取工艺为:超声功率600w,提取时间45rain和料液比35:1,黄芪多糖得率为3.034%,该回归模型的预测值与实测值的相对误差〈1%,回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。结论:该法经济简便、科学合理。

Abstract:Objective :To confirm the optimum technological conditions of Astragalus polysaccharides (APS) composition of ultrasonic extraction auxiliary. Method: APS content was determined by using phenol hydrate sulfuric method, the regression model was gotten by using the response surface method on the main process parameters optimization, which ensured the extraction technology. Result:The optimum process conditions, ultrasonic power 600W, extracting time 46 min and liquid materials than 35:1 plead, the rate of APS 3. 134%, The relative error was non -attendance 1% between the regression model and the reality measured value, the fitting between the regression equation and the actual situation was good. Conclusion:The method is relatively economic and scientific.
