原发性高血压血压变异性与左室肥厚的临床分析

目的探讨原发性高血压血压变异性(BPV)与左室肥厚(LVH)的关系。方法将110例原发性高血压患者根据有无左室肥厚分为LVH组及非LVH组,同时选择50例血压正常患者为对照组(NC组),对三组进行24h动态血压监测。结果高血压LVH组与正常对照组或非LVH组24h各时间段血压均值及血压变异性比较差异有显著性(p<0.05),非LVH组与正常对照组比较,血压均值差异有显著性(p<0.05),血压变异性除白昼收缩压差异有显著性外,其余差异无显著性。结论原发性高血压血压变异性与左室肥厚关系密切,血压变异性增大对左室肥厚的风险性预测有一定的价值。

THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF BLOOD PRESSURE VARIABILITY AND LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY IN PRIMARY HYPERTENSION PATIENTS

Objective To explore the relationship between blood pressure variability and left ventricular hypertrophy in primary hypertension patients.Methods 110 cases initially diagnosed as primary hypertension patients were divided into LVH group and NLVH group,while 50 patients with normal blood pressure were in control group （NC）.Results The means of blood pressure in 24 hours and blood pressure variability in LVH,NLVH and NC group had obvious change（p〈0.05）.Compared with NC group,the change of means of blood pressure of the NLVH group had meet statistical significance （p〈0.05）.The dSSD in LVH,NLVH and NC group had obvious change,the other index had not meet statistical significance.Conclusion Blood pressure variability may be associated with left ventricular hypertrophy and predict the target organ and adverse cardiovascular events in essential hypertension patients.
