瑞芬太尼对苏醒期全麻拔管苏醒期的影响

目的 观察小剂量的瑞芬太尼对全麻拔管不良反应的影响.方法 成人全麻手术60例采用随机、双盲法分成两组.手术结束后瑞芬太尼组将瑞芬太尼的用量减至维持量的1/10,对照组则停止使用.结果 两组患者的苏醒时间和拔管时间无明显区别,与对照组相比,瑞芬太尼在苏醒期的咳嗽发生率和不自主运动发生率均降低.结论 在苏醒期使用小剂量的瑞芬太尼不会延长患者苏醒时间并能减少拔管时不良反应的发生.

The effect of low-dose remifentanil on responses to the endotracheal tube during emergence from general anesthesia

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose remifentanil on responses to the endotracheal tube during emergence from general anesthesia.Methods 60 cases of ASAⅠ~Ⅱ class general anesthesia abdominal surgery were randomly and equally divided into group Remifentanil(R) and the control group(C group).Patients in R group reduced to one tenth of the maintenance rate during the emergence phase,whereas the control group had remifentanil discontinued.The patients in two groups were recorded before the end of surgery,pulling tube before extubation after 1 min,3 min,5 min each time,such as systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),record the end of surgery to extubation time.Results Times of awakening and tracheal extubation were similar between the two groups.C group cough,restlessness was significantly higher than R group(P<0.01).Conclusion Low-dose remifentanil during emergence did not prolong wake-up but reduced the incidence and severity of coughing from the endotracheal tube.
