强化集体康复训练对社区脑卒中偏瘫患者疗效的研究

目的观察强化集体训练与个体常规康复训练两种康复方法的临床疗效,以探讨适于社区脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复模式。方法将60例偏瘫患者随机分为集体组与个体组(各30例)。两组患者均给予常规强化康复治疗,集体组在此基础上给予强化集体训练。在治疗前和1个月后采取神经功能缺损评分、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法和修订的巴氏指数进行评价。结果集体组治疗后各项评分均优于个体组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论强化集体康复训练可以更好的促进患者功能恢复,是一种适于在社区广泛推广的脑卒中偏瘫康复训练方法。

The research on the community stroke patients treated with the rehabilitation therapy of enhancing their collective consciousness

Objective To explore the impact of the rehabilitation therapy of enhancing community stroke patients’ collective consciousness.Methods We Choose 60 community strokes and randomly divided into collective group and individual group(n=30).The groups treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,the collective group treated with the rehabilitation therapy of enhancing their collective consciousness.Doctors score for each group with CNS,FMA,MBI before treatment and after one month.Results After this treatment,the patients’ score in the collective group were significantly higher than those in the other group on the scores of CNS,FMA and MBI(P<0.01).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy of enhancing collective consciousness could help community stroke patients back to health.It is worthy of further development in community.
