| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷治疗短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法将60例TIA患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30人。对照组给予奥扎格雷治疗14d,治疗组给予丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷治疗14d,评定两组临床效果。结果两组治愈率和总有效率比较差异亦有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合奥扎格雷治疗TIA的疗效优于单用奥扎格雷。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dahong injection and Ozagrel on Transient Ischemic Attack.Methods 60 TIA patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 in each group.The control group was treated with Ozagrel for 14 days,but the treatment group was treated with Danhong injection and Ozagrel for 14 days.Then the clinical effects of two groups were evaluated,Results There was significant difference between the control group and the treatment group on the cure rate and the total effective rate(equal P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Danhong injection and Ozagrel was better than that of Ozagrel on TIA. |
