| 摘 要： | 目的 评估股骨近端防旋髓内钉(proximal femoral nail antirotation,PFNA)治疗转子间骨折的疗效.方法 2008年至2010年100例转子间骨折应用PFNA手术,记录手术时间,术中失血量,术中和术后并发症.结果 手术时间平均45 min,术中出血量平均50 ml,再手术2例.结论 PFNA与以前的髓内设计一样有效在治疗转子间骨折.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the results of treatment with PFNA in 100 patients with trochanteric fractures.Methods Since 2008 to 2010,trochanteric fractures with the PFNA of 100 cases were treated.The operating time,intraoperative blood loss,and intraopera-tive and postoperative complications were recorded.Results The time of the surgical procedure averaged 45 min,and intraoperative blood loss averaged 50 ml.Reoperation was necessary in two patients(2%).Conclusion The PFNA nail is as effective as previous intramedullary devices in the treatment of trochanteric fractures. |
