肺类癌15例临床病理特征分析

目的 探讨肺类癌的临床及病理特征,以积累临床经验,提高诊断和治疗水平.方法 对15例肺类癌的患者进行回顾性分析,从影像学检查、临床表现、病理诊断、治疗方面进行分析.结果 本组患者均行手术治疗,其中肺叶切除术8例,全肺切除术4例,袖状切除术2例,楔形切除术1例,7例术后行放疗、化疗等综合治疗.本组患者术后均经病理学确诊.结论 手术切除是治疗肺类癌的最有效的方法,病理学是确诊的重要方法,临床要做好诊断和鉴别诊断.本病预后好,放化疗的作用目前尚不确定.

The clinical pathological characteristic analyse in 15 patients with pulmonary carcinoid tumor

Objective To explore the clinical pathological features of lung carcinoid tumor,for accumulating clinical experience,improving the diagnosis and treatment.Methods 15 cases of lung carcinoid tumor were retrospectively analyzed in the imaging examination,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment.Results 15 patients were treated by surgical operation,including 8 cases of lobectomy,4 cases of pneumonectomy,2 cases of sleeve resection,1 cases of wedge resection.7 cases were treated by postoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy and combined therapy.15 cases were confirmed by pathologic diagnosis after surgery.Conclusion The operation resection is most method to lung carcinoid tumor.The pathology is the most mdthod to diagnosis.The prognosis of pulmonary carcinoid tumor is good.The role of chemoradiation is uncertain.
