急性冠脉综合征超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C水平分析

目的探讨急诊胸痛患者血超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C水平对急诊胸痛患者诊断及预后评价的意义。方法收集2010年1月至2012年3月期间我院急诊科接诊胸痛患者共530例,分4组,A组:急性冠脉综合征合并高血压病117例;B组:急性冠脉综合征不并高血压病232例;C组:非心源性胸痛并高血压病76例;D组:非心源性胸痛不并高血压病105例;设同期健康体检者80例为对照组。采集静脉血,用免疫速率散射比浊法测定血清超敏C反应蛋白,用免疫比浊法测定血清清胱抑素C浓度。结果超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C水平A、B、C组与对照组存在统计学差异。D组与对照组无统计学差异。A、B、C、D各组间有统计学差异。结论超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C水平的测定对急性胸痛的诊断和预后有一定的价值,有助于急诊医生对急性冠脉综合征的快速诊断和预后做出评价。

Clinical values of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and serum cystatin C in patients with acute

Objective To probe the diagnostic and prognosis values of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and serum cystatin C(Cys C) in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods We collected 530 case samples of patients with acute chest pain from January 2010 to May 2012,We divided into four groups.A group:acute coronary syndrome(ACS) with hypertension(117 cases),B group:acute coronary syndrome(ACS) without hypertension(232 cases),C group:non-cardiogenic acute chest pain with hypertension(76 cases),D group:non-cardiogenic acute chest pain without hypertension(105 cases).80 healthy subjects served as normal controls.Their serums were performed by measurements of hs-CRP and serum cystatin C.Immuno-rate nephelometry method was used to detect hs-CRP,and serum Cys C was measured by immuno-turbidimetry method.Results There are statistical difference of the level of blood hs-CRP and Cys C in A,B,C group and control group(P<0.001),but there was no difference between D group and control group(P>0.05).And there is statistical difference between A,B,C and D group in the level of hs-CRP、and Cys C(P<<0.001).Conclusion These results suggest that the level of serum hs-CRP and Cys C have practical value of the quick diagnostic and prognosis in ACS.
