电针刺激对缺血性卒中大鼠神经功能的影响分析

摘    要:目的探讨电针刺激对缺血性卒中大鼠神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取2~3月龄,体重80~120g雄性SD大鼠85只,按双肾双夹法的方法复制高血压大鼠模型,成功建模后对大鼠进行分组包括梗死灶周围电刺激组(A组)、肢体电刺激组(B组)、对照组(C组)和假手术组(D组),针对不同分组进行不同的卒中模型制作和电针治疗并对上述不同分组大鼠进行在不同时期神经功能评并定采用SPSS12.0统计学软件进行统计学分析。结果神经功能评分上,D组无运动功能缺损,评分均为7分。A,B,C3组电刺激治疗后评分逐渐增高,4周后评分接近6分。A组神经功能改善最明显且改善最快,B组次之,二者的神经功能在第1周、第2周时有显著性差异;两周以后A、B两组的神经功能改善程度无显著性差异。在电刺激后2至4周内C组神经功能评分虽然较刺激前有改善,但较A组、B组均差(P<0.05)。结论电刺激促进脑缺血后大鼠的肢体功能康复,神经症状学评分有明显改善,梗死灶周围头皮的电刺激治疗较肢体电刺激治疗改善程度好。脑梗死后早期进行电刺激治疗尤其是梗死灶周围头皮的电刺激治疗具有一定的治疗价值。

Effect of electroacupuncture on nerve function of in adult stroke rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on nerve function of in adult stroke rats.Methods We choose 95 healthy males SD rats,aged 2~3 months and weighing 80~120 g to produce RHRSP model.Then we divide these rats into different groups as follows:Infarction focus surrounding ES therapy group(group A),Limb ES therapy group(group B),Control group(group C) and Sham operation group:(group D).Electro-stimulating therapy and Grading of the nerves function have been done in different groups.We used the SPSS 12.0 statistic soft ware package to handle the data.Results The BWT score of rats in group D was 7,because the motor function of them were not impaired.In group A,group B and group C,the score of BWI increased as the time go by.And after 4 weeks the scores nearly reached 6.Among 3 groups,the score of rats in group A increased the most of all,and motor function improvement of rats in group B was also most significantly.The group A increased less,and the group C increased the least of all.Conclusion ES can promote the recovery of limb function after ischemia,and the effect of ES in the scalp surrounding infarction focus is also more evident than in point of limb.
