微创技术在妇科急腹症的应用

目的 探讨腹腔镜诊断和治疗妇科急腹症的价值.方法 回顾分析应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗妇科急腹症90例的临床病例.结果 腹腔镜诊断并对80例异位妊娠、8例黄体破裂、2例卵巢肿瘤扭转成功进行手术治疗,其中输卵管切除术77例,附件切除术2例,保守性手术如输卵管开窗清除胚胎病灶和卵巢电凝止血术11例,术后3~5 d均痊愈出院.结论 应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗妇科急腹症有效、实用、微创.

Laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment for the acute abdomen of gynecology

Objective To explore the value of diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen of gynecology with laparoscopy,Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of acute abdomen of gynecology diagnosis and treated with laparoscopy,were analyzed,Results 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy,8 cases rupture of lutein,2 cases ovarian masses twisted were treated with laparoscopy and all the operations were successfully.Among them,77 cases were salpingectomy,2 cases were adnexectomy,11 cases conservative operations,90 patients were discharged without complications within 3~5 days after operation.Conclusion Laparoscopy is applicable and effective in diagnosis and treating the acute abdomen of gynecology.
