复方天麻蜜环菌片联合尼莫地平治疗颈性眩晕30例疗效观察

目的观察复方天麻蜜环菌片联合尼莫地平治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法60例颈性眩晕病例随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组30例。对照组患者单纯口服尼莫地平治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合复方天麻蜜环菌片治疗。14d为1个疗程，2个疗程之间暂停服药3d。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为80.0％，治疗组为93.3％，两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论复方天麻蜜环菌片联合尼莫地平能显著改善颈性眩晕症状，且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Cervical Vertigo Treated with Compound Armillaria Mellea Preparation Tablets and Nimodipine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on cervical vertigo treated with Compound Armillaria Mellea Preparation Tablets and nimodipine. Methods 60 cases of cervical vertigo were randomized into two groups ,30 cases in each one. Nimodipine was provided in two groups ,but Compound Armillaria Mellea Preparation Tablets were supplemented in treatment group. 14 days of treatment made 1 course. The medication stopped temporarily for 3 days between 2 courses. Results The total effective rate was 80.0% in control group and was 93.3% in treatment group, indicating significant difference in comparison after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Compound Armillaria Mellea Preparation Tablets and nimodipine can significantly release the symptoms of cervical vertigo, without apparent adverse reaction.
