| 摘 要： | 目的总结肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折手术治疗的效果并对其疗效进行分析。方法对64例不同类型肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者采用手术治疗,平均随访34个月（14个月～64个月）,采用3种不同的评分系统进行功能评价。结果经鹰嘴入路、钢板固定技术适应证广,功能恢复满意。结论经鹰嘴入路和钢板固定技术应作为肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的首选治疗方案,损伤的严重程度、手术方式的选择、术后功能锻炼的方法和患者的配合程度对术后功能恢复至关重要。
