| 摘 要： | 目的探讨适合基层医院急诊的治疗阵发性室上性心动过速（PSVT）的方法。方法回顾性分析107例阵发性室上性心动过速患者的临床资料,按处理方法的不同分为3组,分别为异搏定治疗组、普罗帕酮治疗组、物理方法＋普罗帕酮治疗组,记录给药前后患者的临床表现和心电图的改变。结果物理方法＋普罗帕酮治疗组心律转复成功率为93.5%,高于其他2组,差异有统计学意义P（〈0.05）;物理方法＋普罗帕酮治疗组平均复律时间和用药剂量均少于单纯普罗帕酮治疗组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在基层医院院前急诊,可首选物理方法＋普罗帕酮法治疗PSVT.
