Analysis of the pathogeny and the clinic character of ileus

Objective To explore the pathogeny and the clinic character of the patients suffered from ileus and provid the bases to clinic.Methods Reviewed and analyzed the information of 438 patients suffered from ileus from 2005 to 2009,including the pathogeny,ages,syndrome and death rate.Results ①The main pathogeny include the ankylenteron,tumour and incarcerated hernia.②The incidence of were closed between the wrinkly and the elderly but there was differences in cause of a disease.③ The rate of syndrome and death rate were higher in the elderly group.Conclusion The therapy of the patients suffered from ileus should base on the the pathogeny,ages,syndrome and death rate.
