| 摘 要： | 目的探讨气管切开患者鼻饲置胃管的最佳方法。方法将50例气管切开留置胃管鼻饲患者随机分为试验组和对照组各25例,试验组采用改良法置胃管,对照组采用传统法置管。比较两种置管法的一次性成功率以及置管所致患者的刺激性反应。结果试验组一次性置管成功率高于对照组,患者不适反应明显减轻,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论采用改良法置胃管成功率高,患者不适症状减轻,具有临床推广价值。
