| 摘 要： | 目的评价拜耳ADVIA2400全自动生化分析仪的主要性能,探讨仪器在临床中的应用价值。方法使用正常人、患者血清,DADE质控、Bayer质控品和Bayer校正血清,进行重复性试验、准确度试验、样本携带污染率的评价、线性试验、回收试验以及与日立7170A进行相关性试验和t检验。结果各项目在ADVIA2400全自动生化分析仪所进行的试验结果显示该仪器有良好的精密度、准确度,样本携带污染率小（0.17%￣0.68%）,线性好,回收率接近100%;与日立7170A全自动生化分析仪测定结果高度相r〉关0（.998）,没有显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论拜耳ADVIA2400全自动生化分析仪是一台设计合理且性能优良的仪器,适合大批量和速检生化标本的检测。
