粘连性肠梗阻治疗方式选择及疗效分析

目的探讨粘连性肠梗阻治疗方式的选择及疗效,为粘连性肠梗阻的临床治疗提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月—2009年12月收治的151例粘连性肠梗阻的临床资料,分析治疗方式及临床疗效。结果保守治疗疗效明显优于手术治疗,二者间有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论粘连性肠梗阻治疗方式的选择对临床疗效及预后极为重要。

Analysis of the clinic curative and the choice of therapy methods on adhesive ileus
