| 摘 要： | 探讨了大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型中栓线的制备、动物体重、切口位置、线的插入深度及结扎翼腭动脉等问题,并对模型是否成功的标志及缺血时间再灌注时间和术后处理问题提出了标准。

| Abstract: | The article discussed the preparation of line bolt,rat body weight,incisal opening location,depth of penetration of line and hypodesis pterygopalatine artery in rat middle cerebral artery occlusion model and pointed out standard of successful signal about model and ischemic time reperfusion and after treatment. |
