中心静脉导管用于液胸闭式引流的观察护理体会

目的介绍中心静脉导管用于胸腔闭式引流各种原因所致胸腔积液的观察护理体会。方法采用中心静脉导管（上海产）对30例结核性胸腔积液、肺癌等原因所致的胸腔积液患者,进行胸腔闭式引流放液。结果胸腔积液消失时间、症状好转时间明显缩短,并发症少。结论中心静脉导管用于胸腔积液引流,能充分引流胸腔积液,有效减少并发症和降低住院天数,效果明显,且操作简单,创伤小,感染机会少,容易拔管,伤口愈合后无瘢痕,患者痛苦少,值得在临床中广泛推广。

Nursing of central venous catheter used for observation of liquid thoracic drainage

Objective To introduce central venous catheter for observation of closed thoracic drainage pleural effusion resulted by various causes.Methods 30 cases of tuberculous pleural effusion,pulmonary Ca and other causes of pleural effusion were taken closed drainage of thoracic cavity by central venous catheter（Shanghai production）.There were 22 male and 8 femail and they aged from 17to 70 years old.Results The pleural fluid lost time,symptoms improved time decurtated,with fewer complications.Conclusion Closed drainage of thoracic cavity by central venous catheter can adequately drainage pleural effusion,effectively reduce complications and inpatient days.The advantages include simple operation,small trauma chances of infection,prone to extubation,wound healing with small scarring,and less suffering.So it ＇s worth to be spread in clinical practice widely.
